Sometimes you have slip-ups. It happens. With MoneyNow from Michigan First, you may be able to avoid the embarrassment of a returned check or declined point-of-sale transaction. Up to a pre-set limit, transactions that overdraw your account may be honored for a fee. But good news – First Gear Account holders can receive one OOPS Fee rebate every six months to cushion a slip-up and reverse your fee. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn positive account management. Each Oops Forgiveness must be requested by you, and will be honored one per 6-month period.
*Once you’re 18 and your First Gear Account has been open for at least three months, you’ll be eligible for MoneyNow overdraft protection and Oops Forgiveness refunds. Account must be in good standing to erase a past MoneyNow overdraft fee.
